These Terms of Service govern your use of DigitalStoneSettings courses and content.
We provide online training courses, tutorials, and digital products related to jewelry setting. All content is for educational purposes only.
All payments are processed securely via our payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, or others). Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to the content after purchase, all sales are final and no refunds are granted unless otherwise explicitly stated on a specific offer.
By purchasing a digital product, you expressly acknowledge and agree that access to the content begins immediately after payment.
All content, videos, lessons, and materials are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or resell any part of the courses without prior written permission.
Your access to purchased courses is personal and non-transferable.
We make no guarantees of financial or professional results. The knowledge provided is for educational purposes, and you are responsible for applying the techniques.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our content.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8.Coaching Services
Coaching sessions are provided for educational and training purposes. They do not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice.
Coaching sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Any session cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or missed without prior notice (no-show), will be considered used and completed and will be deducted from the sessions included in the current coaching cycle.
Such sessions are non-refundable and will not automatically be rescheduled, credited, carried over, or added to a future coaching cycle.
In the event of a no-show, Digital Stone Setting will remain available for 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. After this period, the session will be considered missed.
If the client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The missed time will not be extended or carried over.
If Digital Stone Setting needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the session will not be deducted from the client’s coaching cycle and a replacement session will be arranged.
Digital Stone Setting may, at its discretion, make reasonable exceptions in exceptional circumstances. Any exception granted on one occasion does not create an entitlement to the same exception in the future.
Digital Stone Setting reserves the right to terminate coaching services in cases of abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior.
Coaching is provided on a recurring 28-day billing cycle. Each coaching cycle includes up to four coaching sessions, subject to scheduling and availability.
The billing cycle operates independently from the scheduling of individual coaching sessions. Rescheduling, postponing, or missing a coaching session does not extend the current coaching cycle and does not postpone, modify, or reset the next payment or renewal date.
When a session is rescheduled in accordance with the Cancellation and No-Show Policy, Digital Stone Setting will make reasonable efforts to schedule the replacement session within the current coaching cycle, subject to availability.
If this is not possible, Digital Stone Setting may, at its discretion, allow the session to take place shortly after the end of the current cycle. Any such exception does not modify the billing cycle, postpone the next renewal date, or increase the number of sessions included in the following coaching cycle.
Unused sessions do not automatically roll over, accumulate, create credit, or extend the subscription period unless expressly agreed otherwise by Digital Stone Setting.
